1. General
This Policy describes how the personal data of visitors to smileface.space (the “Website”) is processed and protected. It is based on Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.
The Website is run by its owner (the “Controller”). Contact email for personal data questions: artem@smileface.space.
By using the Website and submitting data through its forms, you confirm that you have read this Policy.
2. Data we process
- data you enter in the request form: name, email or phone number, restaurant name, comment;
- technical data about your visit: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time of visit and cookie data (see section 7).
We do not process special categories of personal data or biometric data.
3. Purposes
- replying to your request and advising you on the SmileFace service;
- connecting and setting up the service at your request;
- analysing Website usage to improve it.
4. Legal basis
Request form data is processed on the basis of your consent, given by ticking the corresponding box in the form. Technical data about your visit is processed to analyse and improve the Website.
5. Processing operations
The Controller collects, records, organises, stores, updates, uses, transfers to processors, blocks, deletes and destroys personal data, including by automated means.
6. Sharing with third parties
To run the Website, the Controller uses the following processors:
- Resend — delivering Website requests to the Controller’s email;
- PostHog — web analytics.
Their servers may be located outside the Russian Federation, so data may be transferred across borders. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
7. Cookies
The Website uses cookies and browser local storage to remember your theme and for web analytics. You can disable or delete cookies in your browser settings — the Website will keep working.
8. Retention and withdrawing consent
Data is kept until the purposes of processing are achieved or consent is withdrawn. You can withdraw consent by writing to artem@smileface.space: we will stop processing and delete your data within 30 days unless the law requires otherwise.
9. Your rights
You have the right to:
- get information about the processing of your personal data;
- request that your data be corrected, blocked or destroyed;
- withdraw your consent;
- lodge a complaint with Roskomnadzor or a court.
10. Data protection
The Controller takes legal, organisational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure and destruction: access to data is restricted and data travels over HTTPS.
11. Changes to this Policy
The Controller may update this Policy. The current version is always published on this page; the revision date is shown at the top.
